Located approximately 1.5 km from the beautiful beach at Foz do Arelho, this Silver Coast apartment is wonderfully positioned on a hillside and enjoys panoramic views over the Obidos Lagoon towards the sea. The location provides access to a unique combination of safe bathing in the lagoon adjacent to the majesty of the Atlantic ocean.

Living accommodation comprises a stylishly furnished L-shaped lounge/dining area with French doors to the large terrace, overlooking the lagoon and swimming pools. There is also a fully fitted kitchen including washing machine.

Sleeping accommodation comprises a master double bedroom, with en-suite shower room/wash basin/WC, and a further twin bedroom, with an adjacent full bathroom. A sofa bed can sleep a further two people if required.

The shared swimming pool (13m x 7m) is set below and in front of the apartment, adjacent to the childrens pool and play area, surrounded by well tended gardens. To the rear of the apartment is a shared tennis court.

In the village of Foz do Arelho, just 1.5km away, you will find a good selection of restaurants, bars and grocery shops.

The town of Caldas da Rainha with its excellent choice of restaurants, patisseries and good shopping facilities is approximately 8 km away.

Dating back to 308 BC, the historic medieval walled town of Obidos is approximately 15 kms away and is a fascinating place to visit.
