Miami, South Beach and Florida Keys

Miami Metro Area - An aerial view of South Beach

The South Beach of Miami is a major entertainment area with hundreds of nightclubs, restaurants, boutiques and hotels. The area is popular with both American and international tourists, from as far afield as Canada, Latin America, Europe, Israel, the Caribbean and of course many from within the United States. Many visitors have permanent and second homes. The large number of Latin and European tourists might explain the overall tolerance of topless sunbathing, despite it being a public beach.
